Outdoor First Aid (16 hours over 2 days)
As well as being eligible to receive the nationally recognised Emergency First Aid at Work certificate, we’ll also cover topics specifically tailored to outdoor pursuits leaders and participants, including cold injuries, broken bones and medical emergencies like diabetes.
I was dreading two days doing 1st Aid – especially at a weekend. The two days flew by; we had fun; enjoyed ourselves thoroughly especially the outdoors elements and the staged car crash; most importantly I learned more than I thought possible about 1st Aid.
